Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Nexus AI provides AI-powered tools including, but not limited to, CV analysis, HR CV scanning, and LinkedIn optimization. Features, tools, and pricing may change over time. We may add, modify, or discontinue features without prior notice.

• Paid plans grant a monthly allowance of credits used to run tools. Unused credits do not roll over unless explicitly stated.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change. Existing subscribers will be notified of changes that affect them.
• Founding-member offers and discounts are limited and subject to the specific terms shown at purchase.

Payments are currently processed by Paddle. bKash payments are under processing and will be available soon for customers in Bangladesh. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or violates anyone’s privacy.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or share access to your account without our written permission.
• Use the Service to build a competing product, including training competing AI models on its outputs.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content to operate the Service (e.g., send it to AI providers, store outputs in your history). You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit.

AI outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. Do not use the Service as a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or career advice.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Thinklance and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or for other reasonable cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thinklance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Thinklance harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Chittagong, Bangladesh, unless another forum is required by applicable consumer law.
